The organization needed scalable ways to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and to spot early signals of account erosion, so sales teams could intervene with relevant actions.

Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to define the opportunity model and supported the buildout of recommendation and lost-sales analytics. Focused on outputs that were understandable to the field and could be embedded into existing sales workflows.
